Felony Crime Defense

Orlando Felony Charge Attorney & Lawyer providing professional Felony Crime Defense and other Criminal Defense legal services in Orlando, Winter Park, and Central Florida.

A felony conviction could have a serious impact upon your life.  The loss of your civil rights will include your right to vote, your ability to sit on a jury, and your right to own, use, or possess a firearm.

Convicted felons are often prohibited from employment in occupations involving the handling of money or valuables.  A felony crime conviction can also be a significant stumbling block if you later decide to pursue a professional field of employment, such as medicine, nursing, teaching, real estate, financial services, or the practice of law.

If you are already licensed in a particular profession, a felony crime conviction could result in a review of your "character and fitness", jeopardizing your ability to continue to work in that field.

As a law firm providing experienced Felony Charge Defense Attorney & Lawyer legal services, assisting Orlando, Winter Park, and Central Florida area residents with felony defense legal issues, we are committed to protecting the legal rights of each and every client, while always striving to provide the highest standard of legal representation.

If you have been charged with a felony crime, make sure your legal rights are protected by seeking the legal advice of an experienced Orlando felony defense attorney & lawyer. Contact The Law Offices of A. Jay Fowinkle, P.A., today by calling by calling (407) 926-4137 to schedule a confidential legal consultation.
